Article Snippet: For pattern alignment studies, embryo rat fibroblasts (Rat2, Rattus norvegicus, ATCC-CRL-1764) were used and expanded in HG DMEM (Sigma-Aldrich, USA) supplemented with 10% (v/v) FBS (SigmaAldrich, USA) and 1% (v/v) penicillin/streptomycin (Sigma-Aldrich, USA).
